Howard Gibbins
CEO & FOUNDER
Howard Gibbins brings over thirty years of experience working in high quality broadcast television. He was an Executive Producer for the BBC in both London and New York before founding the national US production services company Atlantic Television. Howard grew the company into a multi-million dollar business producing award-winning projects across all fifty states for many of the world's leading broadcasters such as the BBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS and HBO as well as many Fortune 500 Companies. In addition to overseeing the company's growth and development, Howard liaises directly with clients to ensure the highest standard of discretion and satisfaction.
Samantha Lucas
PRESIDENT & COO
Samantha Lucas, President and COO of Legacy & Lineage Studios, brings more than twenty-five years of strategic leadership at the intersection of reputation management, compelling storytelling, and executive communication. Renowned for her ability to translate complex leadership narratives into powerful, enduring legacies, Sam has advised CEOs and C-suite leaders across some of the world’s most respected Fortune 100 companies, including Merrill Lynch, Comcast, IBM, and Johnson & Johnson. In addition Sam has extensive agency experience as a former US Brand Marketing Practice Chair at Burson-Marsteller and WPP.
John D. Tulenko
EXECUTIVE EDITOR
John D. Tulenko has more than two decades of experience as a documentary Producer and Editor including films for the prestigious PBS series FRONTLINE and more than 50 in-depth reports for the PBS NewsHour. He’s also produced and edited for ABC News, A&E, and Discovery among others. John’s work has received the Peabody Award, the CINE Golden Eagle, and other prizes for outstanding non-fiction, video storytelling. At L&L Studios, John brings his considerable storytelling experience to ensure a smooth production and post-production process resulting in beautifully crafted heirloom films.
Catherine Crowe
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Catherine Crowe is an Executive Producer with over twenty years of experience leading premium storytelling across broadcast, documentary, and high-end branded content. Her work includes projects for major broadcasters like the BBC, NBC, ABC, and HBO, along with global brands such as Toyota, Johnson & Johnson and Reuters, where clarity, collaboration, and proven dependability are essential. Catherine has a key role at L&L Studios liaising with clients in pre-production discovery, organizing all logistics and staffing for productions and conducting keynote interiews.
Kathleen Hackett
BIOGRAPHER
Kathleen Hackett is a journalist with more than 30 years of experience in storytelling. She has written, edited and produced more than 25 books on food, interiors, architecture, and design, each one drawing on the humanity that informs these subjects. Kathleen is a contributor to more than a dozen magazines and digital publications including Galerie, Frederic, T Magazine, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and Introspective Magazine. ​Kathleen brings her gift for the written word and storytelling to elegantly crafted L&L Studios companion biographies.
Stephen Warner
SPECIAL FAMILY LIAISON
Stephen Warner brings a profound understanding of how values are shaped and transmitted across generations. As the Head of Lower School at The Allen-Stevenson School, one of New York's most storied institutions for boys in Manhattan, he spent decades at the intersection of elite education and character development. At L&L, Stephen serves as a bridge between the classroom and the cutting room, ensuring that every filmed biography captures the foundational lessons and family lore that will guide the next generation of leaders.
Lance Pierce
SENIOR PHILANTHROPY ADVISOR
Lance Pierce is a two-time international nonprofit CEO, former Fortune 11 corporate social responsibility executive, and senior advisor to philanthropy. Earlier in his career he trained as a cultural anthropologist and was a producer on media for the United Nations, the educational market, and US Public Television. He has developed, served on, and advised numerous boards, and co-developed strategies with donors across a range of social, environmental, and policy issue areas. He serves as the lead philanthropic advisor for L&L clients and projects.
Andy Massad
FINE ART CONSULTANT
Andy Massad has over 30 years of experience working at the highest levels of the global fine art market. During his nearly three-decade tenure at Christie’s, where he served as Deputy Chairman of Post-War & Contemporary Art, he was a key architect of the modern contemporary market, managing iconic estates and pioneering auction debuts. Andy now leverages his deep expertise to advise on the most significant 21st-century art transactions globally. With his deep experience working closely with exceptional families and their world class art collections, Andy serves as an expert consultant on all L&L art projects.
Yousef Anani
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, LONDON
Based in London, Yousef Anani brings a rare blend of top level journalism and global marketing expertise to Legacy and Lineage. He's equally at home covering international news for the BBC as he is directing major advertising campaigns for clients such as Nescafe, IBM and Lenovo for Ogilvy and Mather, where he was an award-winning Creative Director. He has built and led international teams, delivering content of the highest quality to often demanding deadlines. In addition Yousef has extensive experience providing media coaching to senior managers and journalists, leading creatives and members of the UK Government and military.
